Tallahassee, FL – March 1, 2022 - Do you have the desire to eat healthy yet want to have the balance of satisfying your sweet tooth? We’re excited to announce that Bolay, Florida’s favorite fresh restaurant with 21 locations throughout Florida, has come to terms to lease at 1660 W Tennessee Street near Florida State University and Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. The property, owned by Frontier Development, is equipped with multiple points of access, allowing for a quick service restaurant (QSR) to take over the space. Bolay, in particular is looking to expand due to the the increase in demand for quick service restaurants that provide fresh, bold ingredients. Along with the various food options available at the West Tennessee Street location, consumers can satisfy their sweet tooth with the opening of Crumbl Cookies at this location, as well. Crumbl Cookies continues to expand as the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation, with over 300 locations throughout the country. College students and families can expect to indulge in freshly baked cookies with new flavors each week, packaged in their famous pink box.

If Tallahassee truly had a “foodie” district, West Tennessee Street would be the heart of it. The proximity to the Florida State Capitol and nearby universities are key drivers in this sector, as quick service restaurants play a significant role in the community.

”We are pleased to bring two fresh and wildly popular restaurant concepts to the Tallahassee community,” says Jason Hurst, Director with Colliers International and FAMU Alum. “We are confident that these two concepts will resonate with both college students and families alike as they have in the various other markets that they do business in throughout the country.”

The West Tennessee Street location is 16,500 SF with a daytime population of 167,040 residents and average daily traffic count of 53,500 cars that travel past the center. Its retailers including Chick-fil-A, Bento, Patients First and more. West Tennessee Street is one of the area’s top performing submarkets with several national chain affiliations. The project reflects the lifestyle needs and culture of the neighborhoods that surround it as Bolay and Crumbl Cookies will be a welcome addition to the community.
