鄭亥延小姐擁有十五年廣泛的估值和諮詢服務經驗,運用專業知識，提供的服務範疇如最優化使用分析，可行性研究，市場分析，成本效益分析和項目評估研究等。她曾參與眾多亞洲項目，項目地域包括在韓國、香港、中國、中東等國家。項目涵蓋從簡單物業開發到辦公、零售、住宅、酒店、工業和機構的城市綜合體。

何巧殷是一名專業的產業測量師。

她是香港測量師學會的會員，並且是香港《測量師註冊條例》（第417章）的註冊專業測量師；皇家特許測量師學會會員和RICS註冊評估師; 中國房地產評估師協會會員，中國註冊房地產評估師；她還是一名上市估值師，負責在合併或上市細節和通函中進行評估。

Andrew Lau has over 18 years of experience in ESG advisory, including develop and manage netzero carbon program, energy management, retro-commissioning, Green and WELL building, performance contracting, renewable energy and waste management program. Andrew is a professional engineer with extensive experience in business development and product marketing.

馮先生擁有超過12年於香港、中國內地、亞太地區的房地產經驗。他加入高力國際之前曾於一所國際性房地產和企業諮詢顧問公司任職副董事，專職負責大中華地區的評估及顧問服務。

陸先生擁有超過15年的豐富評估和諮詢服務經驗，包括在香港市場進行的房地產評估，尤其擅長對包括商業，工業，住宅，農業用地和鄉村型住房在內的各種類型的房地產進行抵押評估，可提供快速，即時的服務，為我們的客戶提供估價服務。

刘泳麟先生主要提供房地产领域的估值和咨询服务，包括住宅开发用地、甲级办公楼、零售和购物中心、工业物流中心、数据中心以及酒店等。刘先生目前为高力估值与咨询服务部高级副董事，领导中国内地客户服务业务线，为市场活跃的投资者、来自内地的房地产开发商以及政府机构就如何最大限度地发挥香港、中国内地及其他地区的房地产潜力提供专业建议。 

刘先生于 2017 年至 2020 年期间曾在高力工作。在 2021 年重新加入高力之前，他在公营机构市区重建局以及香港特区政府地政总署地政处工作过一年，负责市区重建补偿评估和土地行政事务等。他之前的专业工作经验使他能够就香港和中国内地的物业估值、项目评估和土地行政事务等各方面向客户提供建设性的建议。 

Richmond specializes in the provision of valuation and advisory services across the real estate spectrum, including residential development sites, en-bloc premium office buildings, retail and shopping malls, industrial estates and hospitality establishments.

Richmond is currently heading the PRC Client Services business line within Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services advising major investors, developers mainly from the mainland as well as Government organisations on maximising the potential of properties in Hong Kong, the Mainland China and beyond.

Richmond first worked in Colliers during the years between 2017 and 2020. Prior to re-joining Colliers in 2021, he has worked in the public sector for an entire year looking after compensation valuation for urban renewal in the Urban Renewal Authority and land administration matters in the Lands Department of the Hong Kong Government. His previous professional working experiences in both private and public sectors enable him to critically advise client on both valuation, project appraisals and land administration matters in Hong Kong and the Mainland China.

Amber’s main area of expertise is real estate investment consultancy and portfolio valuations for corporate clients. She has experience with a wide array of assignments with broad geographic coverage, including properties and other fixed assets located in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Malaysia, Australia, Canada and the United States.
Amber is familiar with listing rules of the HKEx and SFC, enabling her to provide professional services to listed companies, especially in the fields of corporate financing, accounting, IPO and M&A. Amber is also skilled at valuations of vacant sites, construction-in-progress, shopping malls, offices, hotels, residential complexes, industrial parks, logistics centres, whole-sale markets, theme parks, special-usage properties and comprehensive developments.
