Despite the slowdown of economic activities in Hong Kong in H1 2022, the market still witnessed solid demand from third-party logistics players (3PLs), while the market saw healthy demand from the electrical and frozen food/beverage sector.

  • Tight vacancy further pushed warehouse rent up by 1.1% QoQ in Q2 2022
  • E-commerce will be a key driver for the industrial sector with online retail sales growing 29% YoY for the first five months 
  • We expect a growth of 5% for warehouse prices in 2022
