鄰近多個重建項目,包括快將落成的新鴻基灣仔道222-228號商業項目、恆和珠寶灣仔道232號商業項目、盈信控股活道1至1A號商住項目,以及恆基收購的活道及永祥街項目等。

同時物業亦已獲批重建為一幢22層高之銀座商廈,買家更可於新物業外牆及天台上加設多個大型戶外廣告牌,增加廣告效益。

多項新型重建項目紛紛為區內帶來全新面貌,反映出此區的地皮確實是可遇不可求。未來隨著鄰近多個重建項目相繼落成後,將會為該區帶來更多發展機會,相信是次出售項目定必吸引發展商或私人投資者作重建之用。
