Professionell bakgrund
Anna joined Colliers International Poland in March 2015 in the Office Department.
In January 2023 Anna joined Colliers Sweden in Gothenburg and became a part of the Landlord Representation Team.
Her responsibilities include setting up of comprehensive leasing and marketing strategy for new developments, as well as for existing office schemes. On a day-to-day basis she coordinates the whole leasing process starting from marketing activities, viewings, negotiation of terms and conditions, and cooperates with technical and legal advisors.
Prestationer
· Previously, on behalf of Colliers Poland Anna was responsible for the commercialization of the projects such as: Lumen, Oxygen Park, Neopark and Koszyki Office, where she became an internal Leasing Manager as well as Prosta Office Center, Senator and Ethos, Puławska 491 office buildings in Warsaw, as well as several projects in regional cities.
· Lately her key role was to work with regional cities att a newley established position handeling current instructions and acquisition of new office buildings
