Pedro has worked for CBRE in Lisbon where he started on the valuations department and then moved to development department.

Most recently he worked for WORX Real Estate Consultants (a local company affiliate of Knight Frank in the beginning & then of BNP RE) specifically in the sales transaction arena in all categories of retail, offices, tourism & hospitality, industrial & logistics and distressed assets.   

Accomplishments

Notable achievements include advising more than € 1.000 million of commercial real estate transactions in the Portuguese market.

For the most relevant players in the market (national and international).  Involved in the sale of the first logistic portfolio to Blackstone, and in the sale of the first office portfolio to Tristan Capital Partners.
