Professional Summary

He joined the Colliers team in 2018, strengthening the Office Agency - Tenant representation department. He has been professionally associated with the real estate market since 2011. In his previous position as a Business Development Manager in OPG Property Professionals in Lodz, he was responsible for creating business opportunities, as well as for the company’s and projects’ marketing. He was involved in creating a new business line in the company’s portfolio, dedicated for investors, property owners and tenants. He was coordinating market research projects on office, residential and student housing market in Lodz.

Accomplishments

On behalf of OPG Property Professionals, he coordinated the market research projects. The research done in cooperation with the University of Lodz, which concerned  the office market in Lodz, was published in reports from 2015, 2016 and 2018. The other research, which concerned the Lodz residential market and was carried out in cooperation with The City of Lodz Office, was published in reports from 2016 and 2017.

He launched the new residential project in Lodz – ART MODERN – in which his major duty was to manage the marketing and sales team. Over one hundred apartments were sold under his management.

He was also the leasing manager, responsible for successful commercialization and marketing of office and mix-use projects in Lodz, such as Jaracza 47 Prestige, Orange Plaza Financial Center, Piotrkowska 120 and OFF Piotrkowska Center.

2020 r. z wysokim popytem w Łodzi

Łódzki rynek powierzchni biurowych, w trudnym 2020 roku zanotował bardzo dobry wynik, bliski rekordu popytu z 2016 roku. Według danych Colliers podpisano umowy na łącznie 62,4 tys. mkw. - prawie o 10 tys. mkw. więcej niż w 2019 i jedynie niecałe 5 tys. mkw. mniej niż w najlepszym pod względem popytu roku 2016. W strukturze popytu dominowały nowe umowy.
