Oscar Oceguera is the Marketing & Communications Manager of Colliers International in Latin America. He is responsible for creating, developing and monitoring all Marketing & Communications strategies within all Colliers offices in the  Region:  20 markets in 8 countries.

With more than eight years of professional experience focused on Marketing & Communications, he has contributed to bring a strategic vision through the planning and implementation of innovative business solutions. He delivers world class leadership, strategies and tools optimization, and high impact strategic planning.

A visionary leadership, continuous creativity, driving action, and delivering results, are key qualities that he brings to the organization. He sets a tone of enthusiasm and commitment among his colleagues and team, and keeps a supportive attitude towards all the areas of the company by helping people to achieve their full potential, beyond their own expectations and limitations.

Oscar has the experience and ability operating in cross-cultural environments and across multiple geographic locations of North America and Latin America.

Prior to joining Colliers, he served as a Marketing Manager for Avante, planning and developing it's Marketing Plans mainly focused on strategies for positioning, differentiation and brand equity; as well as Customer Loyalty generation and measurement; Corporate Image and Digital Marketing Strategies.  

Oscar's previous career experience also includes the Strategic Planning & Marketing Coordination at DuPont by leading the Internal and External Communication Media in Latin America, Marketing Intelligence (Market and Competitor's Analysis), New Brands and Products Launching as well as Advertising Campaigns Development.
