I am responsible for the development and implementation  of “Activity Based Working” and “New Way of Working” concepts that fit my clients strategies, values and structures.  

These concpets are implemented on a profound analysis:  

• Needs analysis 

• Profile allocations 

• Proximity analysis  
   

I also anmate workplace sessions to introduce the NWOW and present the  new work environment.   

I joined DBAssociates in 2002 to work in the Operational department. I worked on several projects, and in 2006 I lived in FInland to work on a international project. In 2007 I joined the Workplace Consulting team at AOS Studley, since than I worked on several Wolrkplace projects.
