As a professional with over 15 years of experience in real estate, Silvio has consolidated experience in both the national and international real estate sector, having held important roles in Unicredit, where he managed a portfolio of over € 10 billion in 19 countries, and JLL Italia, where he headed the Office Capital Markets department. Over the years, he has worked on real estate transactions amounting to over € 8 billion, with particular mention going to the acquisition of Immobilien Holding in Austria and Monte Rosa 91, the sale of Melchiorre Gioia 22 and Torre Velasca in Milan and the “I Tolentini” complex in Rome.

Professional with over 10 years-experience in the Real Estate Services, after having worked in various local companies, he joined World Capital Group in 2013 covering various roles including Head of Advisory, managing the Letting & Investment team. In 2016 He moved to the BNP Paribas Group, initially as a Senior consultant in the Office Department, and then received a mandate for the launch of the local unit dedicated to Retail. He also contributes to the development of the Pan-European platform by creating a channel dedicated to the High Street segment and strong synergies with the major Italian brands. In recent years it has consolidated its position by focusing on the Luxury and Premium world, managing significant operations, including those of international importance. Today Niccolò is Head of High Street Retail in Colliers Italy and he handles the Leasing & Capital Market Team and He also be involved as member of the EMEA Retail Core Team, with an active role linked to the Group's international strategy.

Responsabile del team dedicato alla logistica, last mile & data centers in Colliers International Italia, Faustino si occupa di attività di investment e leasing interfacciandosi con i principali player nazionali e internazionali. Ha precedentemente maturato 7 anni di esperienza nel settore come responsabile del team Logistics Agency di JLL per l’Italia con un focus su attività di letting, sviluppo e riqualificazione da greenfield/brownfield, locazione di immobili esistenti e hub logistici. Dal 2018 è stato membro del Business Committee di JLL Italia.
Dopo la Laurea in Economia e Gestione Aziendale, ha conseguito un Master in Real Estate presso il Politecnico di Milano e un MBA presso la MIP Business School, con un Exchange Program presso la School of Inspired Leadership di New Delhi.
Da giugno 2020 è Presidente di FLC Freight Leader Council Young, associazione di giovani esperti di logistica attenta a trend di sostenibilità, innovazione e digitalizzazione.
Domenico Marino è parte del team di Logistics, Last Mile & Data Centers e gestisce attività di Investment e Leasing interfacciandosi con i principali utilizzatori e investitori nazionali e internazionali. Domenico è laureato in Giurisprudenza ed è abilitato all’esercizio della professione forense. Dal 2017 al 2018 ha lavorato in Amazon alla guida di un team di 20 persone, dove si è occupato di gestire i rapporti commerciali con tutti i fornitori attivi sul marketplace IT. Si è poi unito a JLL nel 2018 in qualità di Logistics Agent, con l’incarico d’individuare asset strategici per i principali operatori logistici italiani, con un particolare focus sugli asset Last Mile. Ha poi gestito mandati di commercializzazione in esclusiva per un totale di 500.000 mq e, nel 2020, è stato nominato responsabile delle ricerche per i nuovi hub Last Mile di Amazon su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Alessandro joined the Capital Markets team at Colliers Italia at the beginning of 2021 to support activities for the analysis of market opportunities to present to Italian and international investors and clients. Alessandro has strong analytical skills implemented during his international studies, earning a degree with honour in Economics at Milan’s Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (UCSC), followed by the successful completion of an MSc in Finance at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS), achieving excellent results. His international studies also provided him with exceptional educational opportunities in London (LSE) and New York (CUNY).
Alessandro has gained experience in the world of real estate (Italy) and in the investment sector (in Copenhagen and New York), where he mainly carried out corporate finance business analysis activities to support investment decisions and the M&A team.
Responsible for advisory and transactional services for the Hotels & Leisure department in Italy, he helps investors in improving the performance of their hotels portfolio and searching (and creating) new hospitality opportunities.
In his previous roles in Italy, he was the Country Director for Luxury Hotel Partners Ltd, a company specialised in luxury hotel consulting and earlier Senior Hospitality Consultant for Advisor Hotels & Tourism working with a number of high profile, international luxury hotel companies and independent properties. In Dubai, as Group Development Director for the hospitality division of Zabeel Investments, he was in charge of expanding the group’s portfolio.
A graduate of the Glion Hotel School in Switzerland, Marco has worked operationally at a number of international properties including the Boca Raton Resort and Club in the US and Hotel Saratz in Switzerland.
As a research analyst she has successfully participated in several market research projects, including Hotels, Healthcare and Office market research.
She is responsible for tracking and analyzing all aspects of the Italian hotel, healthcare and office real estate market. Her responsibilities include maintaining and updating existing databases.
She also partecipates to the dissemination of market data: she continually develops, enhances and leverages detailed knowledge of the real estate markets to proactively deliver information and insights on market and economic activity, conditions, trends, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

He has extensive experience in the development and management of real estate portfolios with leading companies in the sector: Pirelli RE (now Prelios), Fimit SGR (now Dea Capital SGR), Tosinvest Real Estate S.p.a. and Fabrica Immobiliare SGR S.p.a. :
