The project site is located in an energetic area in Jakarta, Indonesia. Its context is dense, urban, and teeming with offices, retail and food and beverage outlets of various market levels. Surrounding roads are often filled with vehicles at most times of the day. Buildings of varying dimensions neighbor the project. Within an immediate radius, only 3-4 towers above 30 stories exist. Most of the remaining context is a weave of 2-3 story buildings and a maze-like series of alleys and walkways.
