As Head of Occupier Advisory I help clients to develop real estate solutions that support their business strategy. Wheather they want to improve their image, optimize their finances, support growth or create a cultural change, their real estate can help achieve these challanges. With a large experience in workplace strategy, tenant representation and office fitout I can provide advice throughout the whole real estate process.

Supervision of several fit out projects for clients like Ontex, Continental, Danone, ONVA. Supporting the decision making process on the client side to make sure deadlines are met. Negotations of terms & conditions of design&build contracts, manage commercial relationship with customers.

My Team
After a couple of years in a technical sales function, Yves joined the AOS in 1996 as project manager construction and fit-out works where he gradually took on more challenging project. Since 2002 he is in charge of the Belgian Building Services team, active in the sales of new projects, development of existing clients and supervision of the ongoing projects. Since 2014 he is taking on the same challenges within Colliers in Belgium.
Bart started his career in the BAM holding constructiongroup in Antwerp, where he worked as a projecmanager in tunnelling and fit out works for 10 years.
In 1998 he began to work for DBAssociates, AOS which became Colliers in 2014. Now he is a senior projectmanagerin the design and build department (construction monitoring, coordination and execution, administrative and technical assistance, budget and planning follow up, coordination of client’s project)
Working for Colliers for more than 10 years.

As Marketing Manager for Colliers International Belgium, Larissa is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans in order to increase Colliers’ visibility in the Belgian market.
Previously, Larissa worked for BNP Paribas Fortis where she was in charge of various communication projects for the brand and developed and executed relevant marketing campaigns. She also worked for Hello bank!, BNPPF's mobile brand, where she held the positions of Campaign Manager and then Communication Manager.
