• Coordinate the work of teams (service desk and infrastructure), taking care of the assessment and identification of technological solutions, project planning and understanding of business and customer needs. 
• IT Infraestructure Brazil.
• Overseeing ITIL KPI, and customer SLA performance reporting to identify continuous improvement and optimization opportunities
• Make interface with Global Technology Team to understand their process and replicate to Local Technology.
