In 1998, Brandon Fugal, a top producer in the Utah office market, founded a firm rooted in serving clients to the fullest capacity. His firm focused on executing entrepreneurial principals, acting as a true partner to the commercial sector, and supporting economic development within the community.
In 2004 Fugal’s operation merged with Prime Commercial, Salt Lake City’s largest retail brokerage firm at the time, and joined forces with top producers Stuart Thain and Tim Simonson. Under this trio, the newly formed company became the largest commercial real estate firm in Utah and quickly became a nationally recognized, record-setting commercial real estate firm.

Jeffrey R. Shouse, MAI is currently serving as the Executive Managing Director for the Sacramento, San Francisco, Fresno, Salt Lake City and Denver offices. He oversees the largest team at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services.
Jeff joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in January 1998. His primary focus is on the valuation of self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, and multifamily developments. Over the last several years, Jeff has appraised these property types in all 50 states. He serves as the Company’s National Self-storage Specialty Group Practice Leader. He oversees a team of 20 appraisers nationwide that are also specializing in self-storage. He has been invited to speak at several events for the Self Storage Association and California Self Storage Association throughout the years. His clients include lenders, developers, owners, attorneys, insurance companies, and redevelopment groups.
