Making a difference in Utah
Professionals at Colliers | Utah have set the commercial real estate service standards for decades within the Salt Lake City market, building a legacy of excellence and delivering results every step of the way. In 1998, Brandon Fugal, a top producer in the Utah office market, founded a firm rooted in serving clients to the fullest capacity. His firm focused on executing entrepreneurial principals, acting as a true partner to the commercial sector and serving as a support for economic development within the community.
Prime Commercial joined Fugal’s operation in 2004, introducing Stuart Thain and Tim Simonsen as top producers. At the time, Prime was the largest retail brokerage in Salt Lake City. The merger created the largest commercial real estate firm in Utah. Led by Fugal, Simonsen and Thain, this newly formed company quickly rose to become one of the country’s record-setting commercial real estate firms.
Today, Colliers | Utah remains the most dominant commercial real estate firm in the Utah market by valuing long-term relationship rather than a quick deal commission. Our clients have come to appreciate that our professionals truly act as trusted advisors, developing and utilizing proprietary intelligence and insight to deliver the most powerful client outcomes.
Our professionals play a critical role in the economic development process as a partner to the public sector. Realizing the impact of each deal, we proactively shape and strengthen the economic landscape of every community we serve.
Colliers | Utah has maintained its reputation as the most-decorated commercial real estate firm in Utah for more than two decades
