Making a difference in Orlando
Orlando metro and Central Florida region
The Orlando and Central Florida commercial real estate markets are thriving across all asset classes. Office leasing and investment is strong in the downtown Orlando and peripheral sub-markets.
The Central Florida industrial market continued to be strong through the third quarter of 2017 with consistent absorption of new developments and an uptick in large requirements from tenants.
High demand in the Orlando retail market continues to be fueled by expansion along the I-Drive corridor as well as the growing suburban markets.

The Orlando community
According to the US Department of Labor and Labor Statistics, Orlando was named the #1 location for job growth in the U.S. in 2015 and 2016. Orlando had a record number of visitors in those same two years and Visit Orlando announced that 68 million visitors came to the city in 2016 and it is expected to beat that mark in 2017.
Orlando has a vibrant downtown core including several community venues:
- Amway Center, the NBA's top-ranked sports facility and home of the Orlando Magic
- Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
- A recently-renovated Camping World Stadium
- A new Orlando City Soccer Stadium.
