Collaborating with an elite group of Colliers International institutional sales specialists from across the country, our local investment services group works with national and global institutions and investors to identify, evaluate and select assets that best complement their portfolios and meet their performance and income objectives.

Our agents also carry on the tradition of founders Bob Snowden and Russel Wilkinson by participating in a host of civic and community organizations.
In its first 45 years, the company, founded by Robert Snowden and Russell Wilkinson, operated as Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc. and grew to become an industrial real estate powerhouse in the market. In 1991, the company joined Colliers International, a global partnership of commercial real estate firms, and became Colliers Wilkinson Snowden.
In the early 1990s, we joined the Colliers Investment Sales Group (CISG) and began honing our skills in institutional investment sales. Since that time, we’ve helped dozens of institutions and investors with more than $700 million in sales transactions.
Many of these investors find tremendous value in pairing our experience in institutional sales with our extensive property management capabilities. In 2004, we formed our specialized asset services team to provide third-party management and leasing services exclusively for our clients. In 2010, the company adopted the Colliers International name as part of a strategic integration into a single global platform.

Memphis - Asset Services
After spending 12 years (8 years running the industrial division), in June 2004, Brad left Trammell Crow Company as senior vice president and moved his industrial team to Colliers International - Asset Services, bringing approximately 9 million square feet of industrial product and clients.
Brad is responsible for the overall business operations and projects for Colliers - Asset Services. His knowledge of the Memphis industrial market and ability to build long-standing and trusting relationships with his tenants, prospects and clients have resulted in above-market occupancy levels for our owners and long-term tenants. Currently Brad oversees the leasing and management of over 31 million square feet, encompassing 296 buildings and 477 tenants, for industrial, office and retail product-type.
Brad has over 21 years experience in commercial real estate. He has completed over 674 lease transactions and over 39.8 million square feet with a total lease value in excess of $544 million.
President of Brokerage Services, Principal
Andrew Phillips is President of Brokerage Services and a Principal in the Colliers Memphis office. In addition to overseeing day to day operations. Andrew specializes in advising private and institutional clients with their Retail, Office and Industrial leasing and disposition needs in the Memphis Region and across the Southeast. Additionally, Andrew manages the Colliers Asset Resolution Team (CART) for the Memphis market, providing comprehensive representation for special servicers and lending institutions on distressed and non-performing assets in the Mid-South. He began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 2002, completing over $1 Billion in volume and over 40 million square feet of commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Andrew was responsible for opening a Memphis branch for Lehman Brothers, FSB where he focused on business development and commercial real estate lending for both owner-occupied and investment properties throughout the Southeast. He began his career in commercial real estate working in the Memphis office of NAI. Andrew holds the SIOR and CCIM designation and is licensed in Tennessee and Mississippi.
