Founded in 1995 as the philanthropic arm of Colliers International in Las Vegas, an industry leader for real estate services, the Links for Life Foundation aims to improve the quality of life for children in the Las Vegas community. Since inception, Links for Life has raised nearly $3 million for local charities and initiatives that benefit and support youth.

The Las Vegas office of Colliers International is proud to have been selected as NAIOP Southern Nevada's Brokerage Firm of the Year for the last 12 consecutive years. This award is the highest honor that a brokerage firm can receive through NAIOP, and the judging is based on the firm’s highlights from the previous year, significant transaction volume and widespread local community service and charitable involvement.

The Links for Life Foundation's 24th annual charitable golf tournament raised more than $120,000 for children's charities in 2017. The golf event has primarily funded the Links for Life Foundation. In 2010, Colliers | Las Vegas introduced additional events to allow more people to get involved and contribute to the company’s charitable efforts. In addition to the golf tournament, Links for Life hosts poker tournaments, wine and dine charity dinners and clothing and school supply drives.
