The Charlotte office was founded in 2005 by Lawrence Shaw and Greg Copps as Clarus Properties, Inc. a two man boutique firm that successfully transacted the largest distribution and built to suit brokerage deals in the region representing some of the best-known tenants in the region in addition to working with developers and investors looking to expand. Lawrence and Greg steadily expanded their service base throughout the later 2000s, and in November 2010 Colliers | Charlotte was founded.
Colliers in Charlotte was formed by five partners, and has expanded with an impressive team of hand-picked professionals with proven experience and extensive expertise in their respective service specialties.
Today, Colliers | Charlotte is the region’s leading full-service real estate organization that believes in a high level of service and attention to detail in all project sizes, which has led to a loyal and growing client base.
