Colliers International Central California, covering the majority of the San Joaquin Valley and San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties on the central California coast, was founded in 1968 by Charles Tingey as Charles Tingey Associates with an office in Fresno. Becoming a dominant force in the central California market over the next several years, the Bakersfield office was added in 1980, further solidifying our reputation as one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the entire San Joaquin Valley. In 2012, the satellite office in Pismo Beach was added to serve the Central Coast market.
