As President of the Northwest/North Central Region for Colliers International Kevin P. Morgan leads Colliers' operations and business strategy in the region with a focus on developing, recruiting and retaining top brokerage professionals and providing clients with the highest level of service.

With more than 20 years of international commercial real estate experience, Kevin is a strategic operator driving real estate deals, team development, transaction management and negotiations for global real estate portfolios. Prior to joining Colliers, Kevin was Executive Vice President and CEO for multinational corporation Crystal Lagoons, where he led offices spanning 15 countries and managed 55+ real estate partnerships valued at $364M+ in revenue with leading development and investment companies.

Kevin's role with Crystal Lagoons represents his unique skillset in building market leading corporations out of start-up cultures. This role saw Kevin lead a significant portfolio of transactions spanning multi-family, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, office and land in 17 countries across Central America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia.

Prior to his role with Crystal Lagoons, for over a decade Kevin held national and international senior leadership positions with The John Buck Company (JBC), an international real estate development, investment and asset management firm, based in Chicago. JBC has delivered 44M SF of mixed-use real estate, raised $700M+ in private and institutional capital, representing $11B+ in project financing.

During his tenure Kevin launched and co-directed a joint venture real estate development company between JBC and Mubadala Investment Company (an Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund). While based in Abu Dhabi, he was a key member of the executive team that led a culturally diverse team of 250 professionals across three business units responsible for $7.5B+ of development projects.

Additional roles at JBC spanned ownership leasing for new office development projects and expanding relationships with new capital partners on a domestic and international scale.

Stephen has over 35 years of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Research experience gained in both the U.S. and U.K. He has an expert knowledge of many CRE markets across the U.S. Having worked with brokerage firms, asset managers and data providers he has a broad spectrum of experience and is adept in forecasting, analysis and strategy. Prior to joining Colliers, Stephen was a Research Director with CoStar based in Washington D.C. His career history also includes eight years as Director of U.S. Office Research with Deutsche Asset Management and six years as Head of Research with Newmark Knight Frank in London, U.K.

At Colliers, Stephen is responsible for all aspects of U.S. National Office research including authoring quarterly reports, press interviews and multi-market analysis. He works closely with multiple Colliers' business lines including Office Services, Capital Markets, Healthcare, Law Firm Services, Property Management and Occupier Services. He’s a frequent author of blogs and thought leadership pieces as well as giving presentations to clients and industry groups.

As a Senior Research Analyst at Colliers, Allyn leads the data analysis and market insights for national office agency pursuits, life sciences initiatives and supports strategic business development projects in the Northwest/North Central region. Her extensive background in data aggregation, thought leadership and data visualization supports brokerage professionals servicing the market intelligence needs of key clients.

Prior to joining Colliers, Allyn served as the Americas Office Senior Research Analyst at CBRE Group, Inc. and specialized in national office investor trends. She got her start in commercial real estate in property management, spending two years in multifamily followed by three years managing various office asset types. Her deep background in commercial real estate allows her to effectively track and synthesize large-scale trends across business lines.

Allyn is well versed in CoStar, Real Capital Analytics (RCA), Trepp, LandVision, Oxford Economics, Moody’s Analytics and LexisNexis. She also has extensive experience building and maintaining databases.

Outside of commercial real estate, Allyn enjoys traveling, cooking and eating out at up-and-coming restaurants.

Kelly is the Marketing Manager for the U.S. Brokerage Services team. She serves as a strategic partner for the U.S. Healthcare Services and U.S. Office Agency Services platforms by leading operations and business development initiatives, organizing industry events and supporting national practice groups and the U.S. Executive Leadership Team. 

Kelly joined Colliers in 2016 as a Project Coordinator on the US Brokerage Services team and worked strategically with the service lines and practice groups. Prior to joining Colliers, Kelly served as a Graphics Coordinator at HFF in Washington, DC working with regional teams on all platforms to create and execute the marketing and pitch materials. 

Jessica is the Co-Market Leader and Senior Vice President of the Landlord Services Group with a dedicated focus on increasing asset value to office properties she represents. She is responsible for the oversight of the firm’s office agency leasing professionals who represent investors of office properties in the Metro Atlanta, and is charged with continuing to grow the agency side of the business while working with the team on property strategy and lease up of  existing agency assignments. 

For the past six years Jessica has worked directly on the institutional ownership side of the business and as such, understands the significant impact her leasing efforts have on the valuation of a property. Her institutional background and creative nature are what set her apart.

Prior to joining Colliers, Jessica was the Managing Broker and Leasing Director at John Hancock Real Estate where she oversaw the leasing of a 4.5 million  square foot portfolio located within the southeast. Notable assets include The Proscenium and 1100 Peachtree located within Midtown, Phipps Tower located in Buckhead and Ashford Green located in Central Perimeter. Prior to joining John Hancock, Jessica spent six years in Landlord Representation working with  Newmark Grubb Knight Frank exclusively representing local, regional, and institutional owners.

The six years prior to that, Jessica was the Vice President of Leasing for Ackerman and Company, representing local and regional third party office owners.

Trevor specializes in strategic real estate solutions for office owners, investors and tenants. He has successfully completed a wide array of complex assignments, including some of the most significant transactions in the Portland Metro area, totaling over 25 million square feet and over $3 billion in consideration. Trevor has won the OR/WA Commercial Association of Brokers’ Office Broker of the Year award 4 times.

Highly experienced commercial real estate leasing broker, owner, operator and manager with proven expertise in office leasing, acquisitions, development, and asset management in Chicago as well as multiple other markets across the country, having held senior management and leadership positions with large scale developers and commercial real estate service firms. Directly responsible for building and managing leasing and operational teams in multiple markets across the country and executing over 3.5 million square feet of office lease transactions creating value for property sales well in excess of $3 billion.  Specific project experience includes office, industrial and multifamily acquisition, development, adaptive re-use and leasing execution in multiple markets, in addition to equity and debt placement in multiple asset classes in both institutional settings and private partnerships.

Mark Sullivan is a native of Metropolitan Washington, DC, whose experience in the commercial real estate industry allows him to lead the Colliers International DC agency team to success. Mark offers clients the highest quality service through a strategic, thoughtful and proactively analytical approach. He uses his vast knowledge of historic and present market news, trends, and statistics to create added value for his clients. Over the course of his career thus far, Mark has represented approximately eight million square feet of office projects on behalf of both local developers and institutional owners/advisers, as well as completed over six million square feet of leasing transactions.

He began his career in 1994 with Cushman & Wakefield’s predecessor(s) (DTZ, Cassidy Turley and Cassidy & Pinkard) as a market analyst covering 
downtown Washington, DC before moving to brokerage in 1996. Prior to joining Colliers, Mark served as an Executive Managing Director of Cushman
& Wakefield’s Washington, DC office where he specialized in office leasing.

Sara Terry is an Executive Vice President and Director for the Office Agency Leasing group at Colliers International’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. Sara brings 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on institutional grade Class AA office. Her extensive and diverse background ranges from property management, to construction management and landlord representation, which provides an advantage to her clients, as she offers a unique perspective and creative approach to problem solving.

Prior to joining Colliers, Sara spent most of her early career in Atlanta, working for Charlotte-based developer, Crescent Resources. At Crescent, she was responsible for leasing their 2.5 million square foot Atlanta portfolio, and completed several corporate relocations on behalf of the owner. Sara relocated to Dallas, Texas, in 2014, and joined Stream Realty, where she consistently ranked in the top 10% of producers nationwide and represented institutional owners for the leasing of several high profile Class A office buildings, including the repositioning and renovation of one of Dallas’ most iconic office towers, Trammell Crow Center.
