Colliers Food Advisory Services adds new face to address wave of demand for food-related industrial facilities
John Rooker, Rooker Co.
"The Colliers Food team brought a breadth of upfront knowledge of both food related contractors and in-place refrigeration systems to this leasing assignment. This knowledge helped us quickly identify the required upgrades needed to take the building to market and evaluate all potential lease-up scenarios. The team identified growth areas within the food sector, taking COVID-related trends into account, and targeted specific users. The plan worked and the space was leased with minimal downtime. Additionally, they remained engaged after the lease was signed, participating in site visits and phone calls as we completed the tenant improvement details. We would enlist the FAS team again and would recommend them to any owner of a food related industrial building.”
