Our dedicated group of experts has over 35 years of experience in structuring complex transactions through many agency channels. Working with entities large and small, our team of finance professionals has built strong, collaborative relationships with Fannie Mae and HUD and can provide a variety of loan products for non-profit and for-profit multifamily housing owners and operators.

As an approved Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) Lender and Ginnie Mae Securities Issuer, we have extensive experience structuring complex transactions that include credit enhancement of both taxable and tax-exempt bonds. As an approved Fannie Mae DUS® Lender, we are authorized to originate, underwrite and service multifamily loans on behalf of Fannie Mae for the purpose of acquiring or refinancing multifamily properties. Transactions may include the credit enhancement of both taxable and tax-exempt bonds, low income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and other subordinate debt.

We offer a variety of funding alternatives for the acquisition, construction, substantial rehabilitation or refinance of independent and assisted living centers, congregate care facilities and continuing care retirement communities. When it comes to hospital and healthcare finance, our success lies in a full qualitative and quantitative evaluation to understand our clients’ needs, risk tolerance and long-term strategic goals. We deliver a wide spectrum of capital financing solutions for acute care hospitals and health care providers (including licensed assisting living and skilled nursing facilities as well as rural health clinics) on a nationwide basis for their investments in replacement facilities, renovations/expansions, and/or equipment purchases. Our goal is to simplify the financing process for them. First, we evaluate each client in the context of their unique marketplace. Next, we identify the most advantageous financing solutions for their institutions, their patients and the surrounding communities. Upon the selection of a financing plan, we deliver sound market execution providing our clients with the best possible source of low-cost, long-term financing.

We employ multiple programs to meet the unique needs of our hospital and health care clients including, but not limited to, those offered by USDA-Rural Development and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. We are also a licensed lender/partner with USDA under the Community Facilities Guaranteed Loan Program, as well as a HUD-approved Lean and Hospital lender. We also work with our affiliate, Colliers Securities LLC, to provide bond financing options including publicly offered or privately placed fixed-rate bonds (taxable and tax-exempt) as well as letter-of-credit enhanced variable rate bonds.

Loan Servicing


Our Loan Servicing team is committed to client satisfaction. Whether it’s a simple refinance or a complex, ground-up construction project, we deliver customized client service to the project’s sponsors and operators. Prior to closing, each transaction is assigned to a servicing professional who works closely with each client and the originating mortgage banker to assist with all servicing needs.

Our team executes all facets of loan servicing for multifamily, affordable, senior housing, healthcare and other income properties. Most importantly, the Loan Servicing group works with each client to ensure their needs are met during the term of the loan. We often work on behalf of our clients with outside third parties for various items including insurance, title and escrow requirements. And the firm’s proprietary loan servicing platform allows the team to manage a large portfolio of assets yet still provide personalized customer service.
