I'm an investment sales broker specializing in the sale of multifamily assets in Colorado and the Mountain states. Our team focus is the disposition of multifamily assets in the Rocky Mountain region; specifically, representing owners in the sale of market-rate, affordable (LIHTC or Project-based HAP), student, age-restricted, and mixed-use apartment communities.
In addition to existing multifamily assets, our team will facilitate the sale of land that is attractive for the development of multifamily for-rent or for-sale assets -- visit www.COmultifamily.com for more information.
Prior to beginning my multifamily brokerage career in 2011, I worked in the financial services industry as well as in the U.S. Army where I served as a Captain with the 1st Infantry Division during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
