COVID-19 Market Impact Report - San Francisco Office

Since shelter-in-place was mandated Bay Area wide on March 16, a significant number of office tenants in San Francisco were impacted, with 11,601 employees laid off company-wide as of May 1. The combined square footage of the office tenants who were impacted equated to 2.2 million square feet.
