Minor Setback for a Major Comeback

With 2021 coming to a close, the North I-680 Corridor industrial market has experienced little change. The overall vacancy rate increased to 7.6 percent from 6.4 percent the previous quarter. Overall average asking rents decreased to $0.79 from $0.83 across the same period. Four sales occurred this quarter, an increase from the past few quarters.
