Business As Usual
As we wrap up the summer of 2021, not much has changed fundamentally for the North I-680 Corridor’s Industrial market. The overall vacancy rate slightly decreased by 30 basis points after experiencing a 120 basis point increase the previous quarter. Overall average asking rents increased to $0.85 from $0.83 across the same period. After experiencing a minor setback, the region is back to low vacancy and competitive rates.
