New Quarter, Same Challenges
As we continue into the second half of 2021, not much has changed fundamentally for the North I-680 Corridor’s Industrial market. The overall vacancy rate slightly increased to 6.7 percent from 5.5 percent the previous quarter. Rental rates decreased to $0.83 from $0.88 across the same period, marking consecutive decreases to begin the year. Despite these minor setbacks, the region is still performing well.
