After several consecutive quarters of strong performance from the North I-680 Corridor’s industrial market, activity has flattened this past quarter. Overall vacancy rate increased to 4.6 percent, from 4.3 percent last quarter. Rental rates decreased to $0.84 from $0.85 the same period. During the quarter there was 4,212 square feet of absorption. Three sales occurred during the quarter, which is on par with recent quarters.
