A strong quarter for industrial development in Reno Sparks. Six new buildings in the market have delivered 1.86 million square feet. Build-to-suit activity accounted for over 800,000 square feet of this product. With a limited supply of industrial land left to build on in the Reno Sparks core, the question of the times is what will be the new frontier for industrial development in Northern Nevada.
