Along the N Williams/N Vancouver couplet lies a plucky neighborhood that became a multifamily and office development destination during the most recent economic growth cycle. Driving factors determining the growth of the “N Williams Corridor” are transportation access and walkable amenities. Less than five minutes from the downtown core and easy access from I-5 and 405 Bridge, give this area direct access to the westside and Clark County. Between Fremont and Alberta, there are approximately 10 blocks lined with retail boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and unobtrusive office buildings. These low-rise offices, all round 30K SF, may be a viable destination for tenants looking to keep the attention of a young, creative workforce but desire to locate outside the central core.
