2019 Q4 Portland Metro Flex Report

During the final quarter of 2019, there were more sales than usual in the Flex asset type. While rents are up over the year and net absorption is the highest it has been since Q3 2018, total vacancy is 60 basis-points higher than in Q4 2018. Given the new supply delivered throughout 2019, the market will likely need a quarter or two to absorb the remaining space.
