1M SF Winn-Dixie Facility Becomes Available; Orlando Unemployment Holds at 2.8%

Central Florida’s industrial market began to pick up speed through the second quarter of 2019, rebounding from a slower-than-expected first quarter. Although slower than anticipated, leasing activity and rental rates saw steady increases month-over-month. The limited supply of available space placed upward pressure on average asking rental rates on industrial and flex space.
