2022 Was A Year of Change For the Omaha Office Market
2022 was a year of change due to adjustments from COVID-19 and finding a new “normal.” The Omaha office market saw positive absorption during the first and third quarters, and negative absorption in the second and fourth quarters. Although the office sector is the least sought-after asset segment on a national level, Omaha ended the year with positive net absorption and continues to be far less volatile than the national market with continued strong interest expected into 2023.
