The office market in Westchester County continued its positive momentum in third quarter, despite lackluster leasing activityof206,249 SF, as limited new supply came to the market, in addition to some inventory changes that had a positive impact, resulting in an availability rate that fell another 40 basis points (BPS) since last quarter to 21.4%. Asking lease rates have responded, climbing 4.2% year-over-year to $28.06/SF.
