While there were some bright spots in the County, the overall picture was murkier, as the availability rate continued its climb,up 60 basis points (BPS) from last quarter to 24.8%. Most of the weakness was related to corporate consolidations in Northern and Eastern Fairfield, which overshadowed the positive improvements in places like Greenwich and Stamford CBD. As a result, pricing also dipped modestly, falling $0.10/SF from last quarter to $32.13/SF, despite solid leasing activity of 657,383 SF.
