The quarterly availability rate for Colliers’ “Brooklyn 30” increased during 1Q 2020, higher by 2.8 pp (percentage points) to 18.4% – the highest quarterly availability in nearly three years – primarily driven by the additional 250,000 SF plus block of space added to the available inventory at 850 Third Avenue.  Year-over-year, availability was higher by 2.9 pp.  Sublet availability was higher by 0.1 pp to 2.7%, quarter-over-quarter.
