Following 5.7 million square feet of net absorption in 2020, the Southeastern Wisconsin industrial market performed even better in 2021, experiencing 5.9 million square feet of net absorption on the year.
Demand for quality industrial space continues to drive absorption in Southeastern Wisconsin. At the beginning of 2021, Class A vacancy was 9.68 percent. At the end of the year, it had dropped to 4.39 percent.
