2019 Q2 Industrial Hero

Market continues to hold strong through pandemic.

The Southeastern Wisconsin industrial market once again saw a decrease in vacancy due to a slowdown in the delivery of speculative product and strong tenant activity. This is the second straight quarter where a decrease in market-wide vacancy was observed, after seeing an increase in vacancy for five straight quarters, and with fewer speculative deliveries, this means tenants are taking space at existing product. The industrial market has been weathering the storm through the pandemic, and in some cases performing even better. Going forward, tenant activity will likely depend on the types of users and the product type they occupy.
