Strong Limited Service Property Sales in 2022
- Hospitality sales were light in Q3
- Sales volume was higher than one year ago
- Gaming revenue remained stable compared to Q2
Southern Nevada’s hospitality occupancy increased to 80.1% in the third quarter of 2022, down 3 points from one quarter ago, but up 3.9 points from one year ago. While the recovery from the lockdown recession of 2020 has been significant, there are signs that it is now slowing. The third quarter of 2022 saw 128 units sold with a sales volume of $8.9 million.
