Strong Sales Activity at Midyear

  • Hospitality sales perked up at midyear 2022

Southern Nevada’s hospitality occupancy increased to 83.3% in the second quarter of 2022 after averaging 77.3% in the fourth quarter of 2021. This is a welcome sign of recovery after the lockdowns of 2020. After two consecutive quarters without significant hospitality sales, midyear 2022 saw 4,216 units sold with a sales volume of $5.7 million.
