Southern Nevada’s hospitality occupancy decreased to 64.3% in the first quarter of 2022 after averaging 77.3% in the fourth quarter of 2021. Visitor volume recovery continued to lag, despite the return of conventions to the resort corridor, but gaming revenue and leisure and hospitality taxable sales were very strong.
