Gaming Revenue Surges in 2021

- 2022 sales volume already exceed of 2021
Southern Nevada’s hospitality market reached a new plateau of over 70% room occupancy in May 2021, and has averaged 75% occupancy since then. This was a significant improvement over the same period in 2020, but was not the only hospitality data point that improved. Gaming revenue was $7.2 billion year to date in August 2021, up from $6.8 billion in 2019 with a room occupancy rate 15 points lower. Vegas is getting back to business, and investors can read the writing on the wall.
