Eight months into the post closure recovery that started in June 2020 and Southern Nevada’s hospitality sector is a mixed bag. Most measures improved dramatically between second and third quarters of 2020, but since then some measures, such as room occupancy, average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) have receded slightly. Others measures continue to rise, pointing to a rocky recovery ahead.
