The Treasure Valley’s office market continues to demonstrate its economic resilience. Unemployment has fallen again this quarter and now sits at 3.1%, down from a peak of 11.6% during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. This figure represents a nearly complete recovery from pandemic-related losses. It is also significantly lower than the national unemployment rate, which is currently 5.8%. Idaho’s economy is poised to continue this positive trend as restrictions on public activity are relaxed.
