Serving as a Shareholder of the company, my specific areas of brokerage expertise include landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation for land, retail and investment properties. I also have significant experience advising and consulting with financial institutions on troubled assets and OREO.

The most rewarding part of my job is identifying either a problem and solving it or recognizing an opportunity and capitalizing on it. This is a strength that translates into real estate solutions for my clients that not only accomplish the goal set forth, but also exceed their expectations and set a path for continuous business growth. I am very straightforward in my approach to real estate and interacting with clients, always handling a deal for the client’s wants and best interests first and foremost.

I bring experience, knowledge and a fresh look to retail brokerage that generate positive results for my clients.

The most rewarding part of my job is walking down the street and seeing a retail space that I helped a business get into. Helping a client realize their potential and then exceeding their expectations motivates me every day. My goal is to build long-lasting business relationships with clients based in honesty and hard work. Colliers’ team-based approach to deals is also very beneficial to clients because we can put two or more minds on every deal that we are involved in. We make it our job to put the entire office at the disposal of our clients.
