I provide development consulting services to various clients in the area of affordable housing and community devel­opment throughout Michigan. In this capacity I work with clients to secure financing using Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bond financing, various federal financing programs, Federal Home Loan Bank sources, and various state programs. As a consultant I work with the various mem­bers of the development team to bring the development to fruition including negotiations with equity investors, lenders, and state and local officials.
