2022 Q1 Industrial Market Trends

Download Report
As Q1 2022 indicated, 2022 will be another strong year for the West Michigan industrial sector, with little to no slowdown
Along with markets across the U.S., West Michigan is continuing to see extremely low vacancy rates, growth in rental rates and
high absorption in the industrial sector, a pattern that started before the COVID-19 pandemic, continued throughout the past
two years as other sectors slowed, and will continue for the foreseeable future.
As a result, locally the most challenging part of Q1 was accommodating demand.

Born and raised in West Michigan, I love this area and know it very  well. I am Industrially focused – buying, selling, leasing, sale-leasebacks, investment, etc. I’m excited to be working with a company with a solid track record of serving clients well with extensive market knowledge, support, and skill.

Prior to joining Colliers, I worked in transportation sales for 8 years.

I enjoy developing relationships and serving clients needs well and with integrity. I love west Michigan and the people that live here.
