Ending Q2 with a 12.07 percent vacancy rate, the Fox Valley office market is a beneficiary of lower overall office supply.

Looking at quality of space and class, class B office buildings account for 64.12 percent of the 17.18M SF of office space in the Fox Valley region. Class B office buildings are a massive driver for vacancy and availability rates comprising of 10.87M SF of rentable building area.

Jake is directly responsible for preparing quarterly market reports for Fox Valley and Madison while specializing in the industrial and office sectors of commercial real estate.
