Dayton Office Market

The Dayton office market has recorded an occupancy gain
over the past two years of nearly 650,000 square feet, which
has driven overall market vacancy down to 18.9%. The market
continued its positive streak posting net absorption of 65,068
square feet during the second quarter of 2020. The overall
market vacancy rate increased by 20 basis points (BPS) due to
the delivery of new inventory.
