When I began working with Colliers in 2019 as a Research Analyst I was vital in the support of their 20 person brokerage team implementing an internal lease comp database, publishing quarterly reports, and introducing new software and applications for mapping, demographics, and property data.  Now I assist the team the Self-Storage team  every step of the way from prospecting and lead generation to market valuations, marketing, and transaction management.
